Because I think a lot of times when our homes feel hard to keep up with, it's not because we haven't tried hard enough or don't have the right system. It's because we're trying to focus on too many things at once and that's exactly what keeps us stuck.

And this is something I see all the time with my ADHD clients.

So instead of thinking about what to declutter next, I want you to shift your focus a little.

Start thinking about the home tasks that affect your day the most...
the things that don't stay done for long, but make a big difference in how your home feels when they're handled.
When those feel out of control...
everything else starts to feel harder too.

So the place I recommend starting is the one that takes the least amount of effort
but makes the biggest difference in how you feel.
For me, that's my kitchen counters.
It doesn't take long.
It's not physically demanding.
And when it's done... I can breathe again.
That's your starting point.
What Happens When You Narrow the Focus
Once we shift the focus to just a few key home tasks and create simple rhythms around those... things start to feel a lot easier to maintain.
